The subterranean cocktail bar is the latest addition to the the oldest whiskey shop in London. The cocktail lounge is located in a standalone building behind the Zetter Hotel, a cozy parlor with leather armchairs, velvet sofas, tassled chandeliers, and clusters of paintings.
